I don't have a LV store close, so I have to buy online and lot. I would love to have a SA to trust and buy from, but the closest store is 5 hours away. LV has a great costumer service online though.

Return process too difficult. DHL pick up inconvenient. Should use Fed ex shipping with no signature.
